Our limited-release hats are produced in small quantities to maintain exclusivity and quality. For this reason, once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, product details, and order information prior to completing a purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact our team within 7 days of delivery so we may review the issue and assist you appropriately. Requests should be submitted by email to info@twztn.com and should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the damage or defect. Upon verification, TWZtn, LLC may provide a replacement item if inventory is available. Due to the limited nature of our releases, replacement items cannot be guaranteed.

TWZtn, LLC reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including requests submitted outside the required timeframe or items that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.

Every order of our hats is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition while preserving the quality and integrity of our small-batch collections. At this time, TWZtn, LLC ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined in this policy.

Orders are typically processed within two to five (2–5) business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly as our team carefully prepares each order. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email that may include tracking information when available. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by TWZtn, LLC once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier for delivery.

For orders within the United States, shipping is fulfilled through trusted national carriers and typically arrives within three to seven (3–7) business days after processing, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. For orders shipped to Canada, delivery may take approximately five to twelve (5–12) business days after processing, depending on carrier transit times and customs clearance procedures.

Customers ordering from Canada acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. TWZtn, LLC does not control these fees and they are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges at checkout.
