Because our collections are intentionally limited and produced in small quantities, we maintain a strict sales policy that protects the integrity of our inventory and ensures fairness to every customer who supports our brand.

TWZtn, LLC does not offer refunds or returns on hats. All hats are final sale.

Our limited-release hats are produced in small quantities to maintain exclusivity and quality. For this reason, once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, product details, and order information prior to completing a purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact our team within 7 days of delivery so we may review the issue and assist you appropriately. Requests should be submitted by email to info@twztn.com and should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the damage or defect. Upon verification, TWZtn, LLC may provide a replacement item if inventory is available. Due to the limited nature of our releases, replacement items cannot be guaranteed.

TWZtn, LLC reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including requests submitted outside the required timeframe or items that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.

This policy is governed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and commerce laws of the State of Tennessee and the State of Florida, as well as relevant United States federal regulations governing online retail transactions. By placing an order through our website or authorized sales channels, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
