By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or interacting with our services in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction as permitted by law. We have made reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors and images; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect actual product colors.
All purchases are subject to our posted Return and Refund Policy. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order with TWZtn, LLC, you agree to first contact us directly to resolve any issue related to your purchase before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. You acknowledge and agree that submitting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may constitute a breach of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback that is determined to be improper, fraudulent, or in bad faith, you agree that TWZtn, LLC may recover the full amount of the disputed transaction, plus any chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees to the extent permitted by law. Delivery confirmation from the carrier to the address provided at checkout shall constitute proof of delivery. We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation, including order confirmations, IP address logs, shipping confirmations, and customer communications, to the payment processor in response to any dispute.
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the Site for any unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful acts; to violate any laws or regulations; to infringe upon intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others; to upload malicious code; or to interfere with the security features of the Site. We reserve the right to terminate your access for any violation of these provisions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWZTN, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some states, including California, do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TWZtn, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and the State of Florida, as applicable to the transaction and the Company’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the applicable state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release.” Additionally, pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 17538, we provide clear disclosures regarding pricing and return policies on our Site. California residents also retain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Tennessee Residents
For residents of Tennessee, these Terms shall be interpreted consistent with the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-101 et seq.). Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights that may not be waived under Tennessee law.
Florida Residents
For residents of Florida, these Terms shall be interpreted consistent with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.). Nothing herein shall limit rights provided to consumers under applicable Florida law that cannot be waived.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either you or TWZtn. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and TWZtn, LLC regarding use of the Site.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
