Every order of our hats is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition while preserving the quality and integrity of our small-batch collections. At this time, TWZtn, LLC ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined in this policy.

Orders are typically processed within two to five (2–5) business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly as our team carefully prepares each order. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email that may include tracking information when available. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by TWZtn, LLC once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier for delivery.

For orders within the United States, shipping is fulfilled through trusted national carriers and typically arrives within three to seven (3–7) business days after processing, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. For orders shipped to Canada, delivery may take approximately five to twelve (5–12) business days after processing, depending on carrier transit times and customs clearance procedures.

Customers ordering from Canada acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. TWZtn, LLC does not control these fees and they are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, carrier rates, and packaging requirements. TWZtn, LLC strives to maintain transparency in all shipping charges and will display applicable shipping costs prior to purchase confirmation.

TWZtn, LLC cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout. If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title of the purchased product passes to the customer. While TWZtn, LLC works with reliable shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
